Marguerite Alma Cronkright, age 98 of Grand Blanc, passed away on Wednesday, December 5, 2018. She was born on September 7, 1920 in Flint, Michigan to parents Francis and Edna (Dechow) Hite. Marguerite loved watching her favorite sports teams, the Detroit Tigers and Detroit Pistons. She was a great bowler and bowled on a league until she was 94. She also enjoyed music, listening to books, and was an avid crossword enthusiast. More than anything, Marguerite loved spending time with her family. She is survived by her children: Linda Daniels, Pamela (Dennis) Werda, and Debra Dery; 10 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; and sister, Carolyn Lovejoy. She was preceded in death by first husband, Dale Fisher; second husband, Cecil Cronkright; son, Jimmy Dale Fisher; sisters, Katherine Adams and Betty Schuler. The family will receive visitors on Friday, December 7, 2018 from 6-9pm at Hill Funeral Home, 11723 S. Saginaw St., Grand Blanc. Private interment at Evergreen Cemetery in Grand Blanc. |
