Crannie, Barbara R. of Flint, age 88, died Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at McLaren-Flint. Funeral services will be 12 noon Friday, May 18, 2018, at Rossell Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Sunset Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 a.m. Friday until the time of the service at noon.
Barbara was born in Flint, Michigan on December 11, 1929, the daughter of Robert and Harriett Oliver. She married James Gordon Crannie on June 22, 1946. He preceded her in death on October 21, 2011. Barbara enjoyed bingo and knitting and in her younger years, enjoyed bowling.
She is survived by her children, Gordon Oliver Crannie, Rick Crannie, Lori Henry, Todd and wife Lisa Crannie; grandchildren, Deanna, Heather, Susan, Corrie, Cherisse, Carrie; five great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson. Barbara was also preceded in death by her infant daughters, Cheryl Ann and Vicky Lynn. |
