Jeffery W. Granger, age 60, of Otter Lake died January 15, 2019 at home with his loving family beside him.
Jeffery was born July 4, 1958 in Lapeer, Michigan to Theodore and Donna Granger. Jeffery graduated from Michigan School of the Death in 1977, and was the captain and MVP of the wrestling team. He later married Susan K. Hammack on March 13, 1982. He retired from GM Metal Fab Plant in Flint in 2017, and was a member of Tri-City Association of the deaf (TCAD) for the past 6 years. Jeffery was an artist that enjoyed drawing, working around his yard, or snowmobiling with family and friends.
Jeffery is survived by is wife Susan, mother: Donna, children: Michael Granger, AnneLeisa (Chris) Sayers, siblings: Denise (Dave) Sloan, Martin (Laura) Granger, Cathy (Jeff) Krezewski, Donna Morse, grandchildren: Bailey, Aubrey, and Christopher “CJ”. He was preceded in death by his father Theodore, and brother Gregory.
Funeral Service 1:00 PM on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Jansen Family Funeral Home - Columbiaville, where friends may visit Friday 3:00 to 9:00 PM, and Saturday Noon till the time of service. Pastor Jerry F.J. Stoner officiating. Interment Davison Cemetery. The family would like to extend a special thank-you to Saginaw Valley Hospice for their care.
