MORGAN, Jane E. – of Clio, age 69, died Friday, June 15, 2018 at Gross Assisted Living in Clio. Funeral services will be held 11AM Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at Clio Community Church of God, 1215 W. Vienna Road, Clio. Pastor James Horn and Pastor Rhyan Glezman officiating. Cremation to follow. Family will receive visitors at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio on Monday from 1PM until 8PM and at the church on Tuesday from 10AM until the time of service at 11AM. Memorial contribution may be made to the Clio Community Church of God.
Jane was born September 12, 1948 in Flint, Michigan to the late Daniel and Cleo (Cascarelle) Bellinger. She graduated from Clio High School in 1966. Later in life, Jane obtained an Associates Degree in Early Education from Mott Community College. She married Sammy Joe Morgan on June 26, 1976 in Clio. He preceded her in death on December 21, 2016. Jane taught early education for daycare and preschools for many years. She was a member of the Clio Community Church of God since 1984. Jane enjoyed taking care of children, attending her grandchildren’s sporting events, and vacationing with friends.
Surviving are: Children: Brad (Shelly) Morgan, Rebecca (Robert) Hallandal, Eric (Dawn) Morgan, and Samuel (Angela) Morgan; Grandchildren: Jeff, Stephen, Mason, Sidney (Ryan), Chloe, Hannah, Elijah, Alexander, Sarah, and Dakota; Brother, Daniel (Connie) Bellinger; Sisters: Julie Bellinger and Cathy (Charles) Gravitt. She was also preceded in death by her brother, James Lee Bellinger. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Val Worthing and Earline Bloom for their compassionate care of Jane.
