GOLDEN, Dorothy – Of Flint, age 78, died Sunday, December 27, 2015 at Genesys Regional Medical Center.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor David Strobe officiating.
Burial in Flint Memorial Park.
Visitation 9 a.m. Wednesday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Dorothy was born in Defiance, Ohio on April 15, 1937, the daughter of the late Harold and Laura (Monroe) Winterhalder and was a resident of Flint all of her life.
She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church.
Surviving are her two sons, DeWayne and wife Sandra Willsey and Eugene Willsey;
five step-children, Diana and husband Bob Gabby,
Sharon and husband James Kelley,
Lorene and husband Robert Hall,
Carlene and husband Mitchell Auge' and
Michael Golden;
many grandchildren and great-grandchildren;
sisters, Helen McDaniel and Mary Merrill;
brother, Ralph Winterhalder;
several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond and brother, Royal Winterhalder.
