BROWN, Robert Aaron - age 59, of Swartz Creek, died Tuesday, May 14, 2019. Funeral service will be held 1 PM Saturday, May 18, 2019 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel at our temporary location at Hill Creek Church, 5363 Hill Rd., Swartz Creek with Deacon Rod Amon officiating. Interment will follow at New Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held 10 AM - 1 PM Saturday at the church. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Robert A. Brown Memorial Fund. Robert was born May 21, 1959 in Flint, the son of Wendle "Aaron" and Helen "Shirley" (Doxtater) Brown. He retired from Irvine Automotive as a Quality Engineer. Robert married Catherine McCary on April 7, 2015. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his bike, his dogs and especially his grandchildren. Robert was a member of the Michigan Independence Riders Group. Surviving are: wife, Catherine of Swartz Creek; two sons, Ryan Brown of Swartz Creek, Bradley (Chelsea) Brown of Davison; three daughters, Jasmine Kimbrue of Grand Blanc, Joslynn Kimbrue of Swartz Creek, and Jessica Kimbrue of Grand Blanc; four grandchildren, Riley, Liliya, Cooper and Logan Brown; brother, Keith Miller of Flint; beloved dog Harley Quinn.
