GORDON, Beulah Jean -- Age 70, of Swartz Creek, died January 4, 2012 at her residence. Funeral Services will be 1 PM Saturday, January 7 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek, Rev. Douglas Weible officiating. Visitation will be 2-9 PM Friday, 12 noon until the time of the service at 1 PM Saturday. Those desiring may make contributions to the family payable to Mr. Gordon. Mrs. Gordon was born July 11, 1941 in Flint the daughter of William Wesley Kelley and Flossie (Ostrander) Kelley, and she was a lifelong resident of the Flint area. She married Ronald Gordon on February 29, 1960 in Flint. She was a member of the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, and crafts; her children, grand-babies, and great-grand-son. Surviving are husband Ronald; two daughters, Laurie J. and husband Michael Stopiak, Rhonda L. and husband David George, all of Katy, TX; daughter-in-law, Renee Curtis; seven grandchildren, Brandie and husband Ryan Hubele, Mark Gordon George, Brooke George, Michael E. Stopiak, Amanda Stopiak, all of Texas, Kaylee McKeever-Gordon of Flint, Tyler Gordon of Texas; great-grandchild, Riley David Hollingworth; five siblings, Richard Kelley, James Kelley, Mary Lou Rozier, Velma Walker, Evelyn Cross; several nieces and nephews; dear friend Verna Jean Guthrie.
