White, Elmo Mr. age 75 passed away Jan. 7, 2014 at his residence. A memorial service will be held 12 noon Thursday, Jan. 16, 2014 at Dodds Dumanois Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 901 Garland St. Flint, MI. Family hour will begin at 11 am with funeral to follow. Mr. Elmo White was born May 7, 1938 in Atoka, TN to Mr. and Mrs. Buse and Carrie White. He was the youngest of 22 children. Elmo retired from GM after 30 years of service. He was joined in marriage to the love of his life June(Kay) White. They both enjoyed taking long drives through the country and sitting by the lake. Elmo leaves to cherish his sweet memory 2 daughters; LaShon (Morris) English of CA, Keisha Williams of Flint; grandchildren Alonte Walker, Sade English, both of CA, Alaia and Ashton Williams of Flint, sister Annie Pearl Huston of Memphis, TN and sister-in-law Modine White of Detroit, MI; and a host of nieces and nephews; special nephews Otis Martin, Marcus Walker, Larry White and Clay Biggs, special niece Nola, special friends Richard and Jacqueline Jordan and John Patrick. Elmo was preceded in death by his loving wife June White, parents Mr. and Mrs. Buse and Carrie Whtie, 20 brothers and sisters and special sister-in-law Labertha White.
