GILLIAM, Richard Don "Rick" - Of Flint, age 61, died Saturday, February 8, 2014.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, February 13, 2014 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road,
Burial in Crestwood Cemetery with a military service under the auspices of the Marine Corps League Flint Detachment #155 Honor Guard.
Visitation 1-3 and 5-8 p.m. Wednesday and 12 noon Thursday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Rick was born in Flint, Michigan on July 21, 1952, son of the late Gary and Greta (Hopkins) Gilliam.
He served his country honorably as a Military Policeman in the U.S. Army.
Rick was a devoted and loving father; and he loved fishing and music.
Rick retired from GM.
Surviving are daughters, Stephanie and Laura Gilliam;
brothers, Mike and wife Cheryl Gilliam,
Dan and wife Michele Gilliam;
sisters, Barb and husband Richard Doubenmeier,
Beth and husband Larry Keel;
many nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by brother, Steve.
