Margaret A. Hartig (O’Niell) age 84, of Grand Blanc passed away on December 28, 2024. Margaret was born the daughter of Henry and Josephine (Kasprzyk) O’Neill on April 15, 1940 in Highland Park, MI. Later she married the love of her life Klaus Hartig on October 5, 1957 in Detroit. She was a devout member of the Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Grand Blanc. Margaret will be remembered as being loving, caring and hardworking.
Her memories will be cherished by her children, David (Virginia) Hartig, Darlene (Daniel) Van Heke; daughter in law, Cheryl Hartig; Grandchildren, Grant Hartig, Valerie (Robert) Lanzilotti, Andrew Hartig, Justin Hartig, Emily Hartig, Brian Campeotto, Ryan Daniel Van Heke, Nicholas Van Heke; 2 Great Grandchildren, Raylinn Hartig and Dane Lazilotti; siblings, Sheila (Johnny) Mazzola, Alice (Ralph) Bruette, Lynette (Jerry) Miller, and Kathy (John) Randazzo. She was preceded in death by her husband, Klaus Hartig; son, James Hartig and 6 siblings.
A memorial service will be held at 12 PM Saturday, March 22, 2025 at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 5005 McCandlish Rd. Grand Blanc 48439. A visitation will begin at 11 AM until time of memorial service. |
