Dorothy Edna Passow
Age 98 of Owosso passed away Thursday, May 2, 2019 at Pleasant View.
The family will receive friends at Nelson-House Funeral Home on Monday May 6, 2019 from 11:00am until the time of service. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm with Terry Strickler officiating. Burial will follow at Easton Cemetery.
Dorothy was born December 2, 1920 in Owosso, the daughter of Alvin and Alva (Raymond) Otto.
She was a member of Easton Church of Christ and loved to cook and bake for her family and friends. She also loved to garden and adored her cats. She enjoyed her family gatherings along with her trips up north during the color tours with her girls.
Dorothy married Glen C. Passow Sr. on May 9, 1939; he predeceased her in 1993.
She worked at Ford Motor Company-Battery Plant for 26 years.
Dorothy is survived by her children Carol (Morris) Fitzgerald, Sue (Roger) Nelson, Glen (Marlene) Passow, Jr. and Jerry (Sandy) Passow; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; other loving family members and friends.
She was predeceased by her parents Alvin and Alva Otto, husband Glenn Passow, Sr., son Thomas Passow, brothers Alvin and Louis Otto, sister Lucille Bailey, and granddaughter Kelly Fitzgerald.
