WILSON, Margery (Marge) Louise – Age 95, passed away June 26, 2012 at the Kith Haven Nursing Home, in Flint. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, June 29, 2012 at Brown Funeral Home, 1480 E. Hill Rd., Grand Blanc with Reverend John H. Grantham officiating. Burial will follow in Glenwood Historical Cemetery, 2500 W. Court Street, Flint. Those desiring may make contributions to the Kith Haven Activities. The family will meet with friends at the funeral home from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday. Marge was born June 8, 1917 in Flint where she has been a resident her entire life. The daughter of the late Clarence T. and Nellie (Hess) Walker. She was married to Charles W. Wilson on May 19, 1938: he preceded her in death on July 26, 2000 at age 98. She served as a volunteer at McLaren Regional Hospital for over 35 years. Surviving are: brother, Robert (Carol) Walker, Conroe, Texas: daughter, Margery Gruenberg of Cadillac: son, Thomas (Sandi) Wilson of Flint; granddaughter, Suzi Bye and great granddaughter Kailee Mosher; grandson, Scott Wilson (Sara, David and Aaron), great granddaughter Britny and great great grandson Asher all of Flint, several nieces, nephews and close friends. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by; sister, Doris Barlow, Brookings, OR; brothers John Walker, Frankenmuth, MI and Archie Walker, Spartanburg, SC. The family would like to express special thanks to the staff and friends at Kith Haven Nursing Home and all who showed love and compassion during our time of bereavement. Margery was a wonderful daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother; generous and compassionate to all. Forever in our hearts. We love you.
