Lloyd E. Krumm, age 78 of Flint, passed away on Monday, October 23, 2017. He was born on October 19, 1939 in Tawas to parents Edward and Violet Krumm. Lloyd proudly served in the United States Army. He later retired from General Motors after 30 years of service. Lloyd was very active in many organizations such as the Moose Lodge #2344, VFW, American Legion, the Eagles, and FOP. He enjoyed bowling in his free time. Lloyd is survived by his children: Lloyd (Melba) Krumm, Keith Krumm, David (Donna) Krumm, Sandy Guenette, Cindy (Dennis) Hershberger, Jeffrey (Barb) Sandberg, and Janet (David) Crowl; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings: Kenneth (Gloria), Lula, and Dwayne (Pat); many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by both parents; wife, Peggy Krumm; brother, Melvin; sister-in-law: Anna Mae. A funeral service will take place at 1pm on Friday, October 27, 2017 at Brown Funeral Home, 1480 E. Hill Rd., Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 26, 2017 from 3-8pm, and again on Friday, one hour prior to the service, beginning at 12pm. Interment at Crestwood Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Making Strides Against Breast Cancer – Flint. |
