PRINCE, Sharon Lee - Age 68, of Mundy Twp., died Sunday, May 21, 2017. Funeral services will be held 1PM Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Flint. Pastor Larry Rednower officiating. Burial will follow in Crestwood Cemetery, Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held 1PM-3PM and 5PM-8PM Tuesday and 12PM until time of service on Wednesday. Those desiring may make contributions to the Whaley Children's Center. Sharon was born February 23, 1949 in Paragould, AR, the daughter of the late Thurston and Burleen (Cobb) Malone. She married Donald K. Prince on May 28, 1966 in Flint and he preceded her in death on March 17, 2012. Sharon enjoyed crossword puzzles, reading and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She retired from Capital Coney Island with 30 years of service. Surviving are: daughters, Sherrie (Mark) Sherman of Fenton, Stacie Swyrtek of Swartz Creek, Bridget (Mark) Fritcher of Swartz Creek, Brandy (Paul) Wallace of Fenton; grandchildren, Katelyn (Jeremy) Sparks, Lacey (Fred) Evans, Molly and Holly Sherman, Trent Cox, Zoey and Devyn Swyrtek, Chance and Matthew Fritcher, David and Ryan Wallace; great-grandchildren, Ethan and Owen Evans. Sharon is also survived by her sister Billie Sue Estes of Flint. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Kimberly Cox; grandson, Alex Mann; sister-in-law, LaDon Hall and father and mother-in-law, Marshall and Stella Prince.
