CUMMINGS, Louise Rosellen, - of Oakland, Tennessee formerly of Montrose, age 97, died Monday, August 27, 2018 at her home. Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, August 31, 2018 at Flint Memorial Park. Pastor Hal Phillips officiating.
Louise was born March 14, 1921 in Flint, Michigan to the late John and Delilah (Perry) Shell. She graduated from Union Park High School in Florida. On May 31, 1945 she married Harrold Cummings and he preceded her in death on November 1, 1991. She resided in Montrose for 40 years prior to moving to Oakland, Tennessee. Louise enjoyed crocheting, walking, spending time with her family.
Surviving are: Children, Donna Dunklee, Linda Elder, Ellen Hensley, Charles (Jannine) Cummings, Delilah (David) Harris; 17 Grandchildren; 36 Great Grandchildren; 29 Great - Great Grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her Husband Harrold, Grandsons, Charles Cummings II, and Gregory Hensley; Sons in law, Glen Hensley, Stan Elder, Eldon Dunklee; Sisters, Leona Cummings, Marguerite Cooper.
