ESCUE, Gary L. – of Burton, age 59, passed away Wednesday, July 9, 2014. A Funeral Service will be held 11 AM Friday, July 11, 2014 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison. Cremation will take place following the service. Visitation will be 3-8 PM Thursday and 10-11 AM Friday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
Gary was born in Sacramento, CA on November 13, 1954, son of the late Donald and Veronica (La Bombard) Escue. He married Kathy Dickenson on July 8, 1972. Gary loved Walleye fishing in Saginaw Bay, hunting in St. Charles, golfing, weekends in Linwood Campground and spending the rest of his time with his family and grandkids. He worked for G.M. at UAW Local #659 Region 1C.
Gary is survived by his wife of 42 years, Kathy; children, Jason (Michelle), Jamie (Billy) Vincent; grandchildren, Caden and Kenadi Escue, Gracelyn Vincent; siblings, Diane (Greg) Lahar, Jimmy Escue, Greg Escue, Debbie (Joe) Kaza, Ronald Escue; many nieces; nephews; and other family members. He was preceded in death by his brother, Mike.
