ALEXANDER, Jason Allen. – of Clio, age 29, died Friday, February 22, 2019 at his residence with family by his side. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30AM on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at Saints Charles and Helena Catholic Church. 230 E. Vienna St., in Clio. Rev. Fr. Kenneth Coughlin officiating. Burial at Evergreen Cemetery in Grand Blanc. The family will receive visitors at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio on Wednesday from 12PM until 8PM and at the church on Thursday from 9:30AM until the time of Mass at 10:30AM. A Scripture Service will be held at 7PM Wednesday evening at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
Jason was born May 17, 1989 in Flint, Michigan to Leonard and Mary “Julie” (Farella) Alexander. He graduated from Mt. Morris High School in 2007 and later earned his associate degree from Mott Community College. Jason enjoyed playing magic cards, video games, and listening to music.
Surviving are: Parents, Leonard and Julie Alexander; Grandfather, Mike Farella; Aunts: Gina Farella, and Joanna (Joe) Shurell; Cousins: Trevor and Taylor Farella; Close friends: Jeff and Stefan. Jason was preceded in death by his grandmothers: Anna Alexander, and Mary Jane Farella; Grandfather, Earl Alexander; Uncles: Frank Farella, Bob Alexander, Lawrence Alexander and Dave Alexander; Godfather, Charlie Decaire.
