CAMPBELL, Shirley J. – of Clio, age 57, died Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at Genesys Health Park. Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Friday, August 26, 2016 at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. Pastor Bob Roberts officiating. Burial to follow in Flint Memorial Park. Visitation will be on Thursday from 1-8 PM and on Friday from 12 Noon until time of services at 1 PM. Contributions may be made to the family.
Shirley was born October 20, 1958, in Flint to the late Frank and Dorothy (Bowyer) Andrews. She was a Genesee County area resident her entire life. She married Robert Campbell on August 10, 1984. Mrs. Campbell was a transcriptionist for Dr. Cyrus Farrehi for many years. Shirley was a member of New Life Christian Fellowship Church in Grand Blanc and the church GAP. She enjoyed gardening, canning, crafting and spoiling time with her grandchildren.
Surviving are: Husband, Bob; Children: Bobbie (Steven) Cook of Brighton, Phil (Jennifer) Campbell of Mt. Morris, Ginger (Jeff) Gorton of Clio; Daughter-in-law, Rhonda Campbell of Webberville; Grandchildren: Josh, Brandon, Logan, Isabella, Adriana, Conner, Parker, Joey and Ciara; Brother, Steven Andrews of Flint; nieces and nephews; best friends, Nancy and Terry Bowen of Grand Blanc.
