TREGO, Linda Lee (Seeley) – of Davison, MI, age 80, passed away Tuesday, October 6, 2020. A Private Funeral Service will be held 1 PM Saturday, October 10, 2020 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road, Davison, MI 48423; Pastor Sarah LaRose- Nettell officiating. Interment immediately following in Sunset Hills Cemetery. The family will receive visitors on Friday, October 9, 2020 from 4-7 PM and 11 AM-1 PM Saturday, October 10, 2020 at the funeral home. In accordance with State Mandated Guidelines, masks are required, social distancing must be observed and limitations on the number of people in attendance will be enforced. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Genesee County or the American Diabetes Association, in Linda’s memory.
Linda was born in Flint, MI on September 30, 1940, daughter of the late William and Ruth (Dunham) Seeley. She married Glen “Bob” Trego on May 29, 1959 in Flint, MI. Linda worked for many years at Thompson Elementary School in Davison as an office staff member. She also worked in the office at the family business, T & C Collision. Linda was a devoted mother and homemaker and was also a very proud grandmother. She was her happiest being surrounded by family and especially loved the holidays and hosting social gatherings. Linda had a kind, loving heart and enjoyed doing things for others. She had the gift of making everyone feel special while touching so many lives. Over the years, she was loved and cherished by many friends and family and will be sorely missed.
Linda is survived by her husband of 61 years, Bob Trego; 2 children, Robert “Bob” (Tanya) Trego and Alaina (Tom) Haglund; 3 grandchildren, Tyler (Sarah) Trego, Trent Trego and Elisha Trego; special cousins, Bruce, Kevin and Robin Hough; many other loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Ruth Seeley.
