MANGETT, Mary Mardell (Young) – age 81, passed away Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at Genesee Care Center. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 AM Friday, September 30, 2016 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, G-5199 Richfield Rd., Flint; Fr. Roy Horning celebrant. Burial will be in Crestwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8 PM Thursday, September 29, 2016 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison. There will be one hour of visitation prior to the Mass on Friday at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Mary was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
Mary is survived by ten children; 30 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; many other loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo C. Mangett.
