THOMPSON, Arthur Bradley – age 55 of Clio, MI passed away Monday, September 4, 2017 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2017 from 11AM-1PM. A Memorial Service will begin at 1PM at Reigle Funeral Home – Sunset Chapel – 5501 W. Pierson Rd. Flushing, MI. Pastor Larry Thompson Jr. officiating. Arthur was born on December 8, 1961 in Monroe, MI to Arthur A. and June M. (Piehl) Thompson. He was a carpet layer by trade but installed all types of flooring. Arthur was always on the move doing something. He played the lead guitar in several bands and loved classic rock. Arthur also enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, fishing, and relaxing on the beach. Among his favorite things to do, spending time with his family and having a few with his friends were at the top of his list. He had a lot of energy and made people laugh. Calm and easy going by nature attributed to him being a great listener and advice giver. Arthur was an amazing father, loved by all, and will be deeply missed. Surviving are his children, Angela (Richard Headings) Thompson, Caroline (Jorrell Walls) Thompson, and Cody (Julia) Thompson; grandchildren, Kaysen Walls, Connor Thompson, and Ashton Thompson; father, Arthur Thompson; 6 siblings, and the mother of his children, Deanna Vaughan. Arthur was preceded in death by his mother, June Thompson, and niece, Cinci Hunt. Contributions may be made to the family.
