BROST, Joshua T. - Of Linden, age 26, died Wednesday, March 27, 2019
at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston as a result of an automobile accident.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 3,2019 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint, Pastor David Howe officiating.
Cremation will take place following the service.
Visitation 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Joshua was born in Flint on October 4, 1992, the son of Jonathan and Tammy (Laurin) Brost. Joshua was presently working for Google in South Carolina. He was a member of the Flint Rouge Ruby Team and United Hearthstone League. Joshua enjoyed going to movies and concerts, running, playing chess, cooking, and the game, Dungeons and Dragons.
Surviving are mother, Tammy and husband Matt Streeter of Durand;
brothers, Jared Brost of Linden, Nikolas Brost of Linden;
sister, Elizabeth of Byron;
grandparents, Michael and Diane Laurin of Clio and Beverly Candler and Stefen Volkel of Barron, Wisconsin;
several aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of special friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jonathan E. Brost.
