SUFFEL, William C. – of Birch Run, age 86, died Monday, August 5, 2019 at Covenant Healthcare – Harrison of Saginaw. The family will receive visitors at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio on Wednesday, August 7, 2019 from 1PM until 8PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Lung Association.
William was born May 31, 1933 in Flint, Michigan to the late Ray and Ruth (Lehman) Suffel. He married Geraldine E. Kinney on October 19, 1957 in Flint. She preceded him in death on April 24, 2007. Mr. Suffel is a U.S. Army Veteran. William retired from Buick in 1982 with 30 years of service. He enjoyed woodworking, bowling, golfing, gardening, feeding the birds, and trips to the casino. William was a loved man and the worlds greatest dad.
Surviving are: Children: Robert Rouse, Elaine (Russell) Garrison, Jr., Jerry Rouse, William (Cindy) Suffel II, Darrel (Kem) Suffel. Mike (Becky) Suffel; 10 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; Companion, Rose Carlton; Brother, Carl Suffel. William was also preceded in death by his: Son, Harry Rouse in 1955; Brothers: Ray, Earl, Don, and Larry Suffel.
