VERKENNES, Rosabelle – Of Swartz Creek, age 89, died Saturday, November 25, 2017 at McLaren-Flint.
Funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Reverend Frank Beck officiating.
Visitation 1-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Rose was born in Adams County, Ohio on October 22, 1928, daughter of the late Thomas and Mary (Anderson) Bandy.
She retired from Chevy In The Hole and was a member of UAW Local #659.
Rose loved playing cards, Bingo and going to the casinos.
She will be missed by many for her sense of humor.
Rose is survived by three children, Jim (Elaine) Phillips,
Linda (Ron) Olin,
David (Donna) Hill and
son-in-law, Tom Hunt.
She had 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild;
several cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two special daughters, Carolyn Beckwith and Peggy Hunt; also 10 siblings and 3 husbands.
