REYNOLDS, Robert A. II – of Burton, age 53, passed away February 19, 2014. Cremation has taken place. Bob was born May 8, 1960, son of Mary Ann Reynolds and the late Robert A. Reynolds. Please join us for a dinner in Bob’s honor at 4:00 PM on Saturday, May 10, 2014 at the Davison Eagles F.O.E. #3589 Hall, 3270 N. State Rd., Davison, followed by a Memorial Service.
Bob worked for AC Spark Plug for 25 years. He was an avid sports fan, enjoyed NASCAR Racing, with Dale Earnhardt being his all-time favorite. Bob also enjoyed music trivia, karaoke, bowling, pool and Harley Davidson’s. Some of his favorite teams were The Patriots, 49er’s and Detroit Tigers. Bob graduated from Kearsley High School in 1978, where he ran track and field and nick-named “Rapid Robert.” He loved summers in Tawas at the family cottage on the beach of Lake Huron. Wearing tube socks with stripes was his signature trait.
Bob is survived by his son, Keith R. Reynolds of Kalamazoo; his special lady, Jenny Finta; mother, Mary A. Reynolds of Burton; siblings, Debbie (Mike) Reeser of Davison, Brian (Michelle) Reynolds of Flint, Kathleen (friend, Shari Capps) Reynolds of Flushing; Uncle, Charles Mizrock of Arcadia, FL; longtime girlfriend, Judy Marr and their furry friend, Fred; nephews, Jake and Kyle Reeser; niece Breanna Reynolds; many relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
The family extends a special thank you to Perry Lorence for all the comfort and care he gave to Bob and our family. Great appreciation to the Doctors and Staff of the Genesee Cancer Center. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shriner’s Crippled Children or the American Cancer Society.
