BERRYMAN, Donna J. - Of Grand Blanc, age 88, died Friday, April 26, 2024 at Ascension Genesys Hospital.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11am Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 1227 East Bristol Road, Burton,
Father Georges Bidzogo officiating.
Burial in New Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to MSU Student Food Bank.
Visitation 3-8pm Monday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint. A Rosary will be prayed 7pm Monday evening at the funeral home. Visitation 10am Tuesday at church until the time of the Mass.
Donna was born in Flint, Michigan on March 20, 1936, the daughter of the late Fay B. and Marie F. (Proulx) Davis. On July 28, 1962, she married Ronald Berryman at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Donna taught in the Carman School District for 10 years in upper elementary. She was a devoted mother and grandmother and was a stay-at-home mother for her children. After raising her children, she then returned to the workforce in the Parents as Teachers Program for the Grand Blanc School District in 1990-2000. Donna was a huge Spartan fan, and was a football season ticket holder. She was also a passionate golfer. Donna was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Donna was very interested in people and easily made friends wherever she went.
Surviving are children, Lynn (David) Bach, and Christopher Berryman;
Grandchildren, Eric Bach and Alyssa Bach;
Sister-in-law, Nancy Davis
Many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews;
And many wonderful friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald, brother, Richard and sister, Shirley.
