COUNELIS (PALMITER), Justin Paul – Of Grand Blanc, age 26, went to be with Jesus on Friday, August 31, 2018 at Genesys Regional Medical Center.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, September 7, 2018 at Flint Baptist Temple, 1430 East Bristol Road, Burton, Pastor
Glenn Tatterson officiating.
Cremation will take place following the service.
Visitation 2-8 p.m. Thursday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road.
Justin will be at the church from 12 p.m. Friday until the time of the service.
Justin was born in Flint, Michigan on July 16, 1992, the son of Andy and Theresa (Palmiter) Counelis.
He graduated from Elmer A. Knopf Learning Center on June 12, 2018.
He was a member of Flint Baptist Temple.
Surviving are parents, Andy and Theresa Counelis;
brothers, Nicholas Counelis and Joshua (Melisa) Counelis, all of Lake Orion and Randy Bickell of Burton;
grandparents, Patricia and Curtis Palmiter;
great-grandmother, Nancy Stenger;
nieces, Kaitlin and Sadie;
nephews, Ethan, Linkoln and Tyler;
many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his uncle, Paul Palmiter; cousin, Christopher Counelis; grandma, Geraldine Counelis; great-grandfather, Mark Ashley and great-grandfather, Ward Stenger.
