SNYDER, Dennis H. -Of Burton, age 67, died Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at McLaren-Flint.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 20, 2017 at First Wesleyan Church, 3825 Davison Road, Flint, Pastor Frank Beck officiating.
Visitation at church after 12 Noon on Saturday until the time of the service.
Burial at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at Great Lakes National Cemetery.
Those desiring may make contributions to First Wesleyan Church.
Dennis was born in Flint, Michigan on September 30, 1949, the son of the late Frank and Eileen (Wilson) Snyder. He was a resident of the Flint and Burton area his entire life.
He proudly served in the U.S. Navy during Vietnam.
Dennis was a member of First Wesleyan Church of Flint and was a dedicated Man of God.
Mr. Snyder was employed for 30 years at Fisher Body.
Surviving are wife, Gloria;
step-daughter, Crystal (John) Peters;
grandchildren, Makaila Peters, Cierra Peters and Johnny Peters;
sister, Nancy Joplin;
two brothers, Don (Linda) Snyder and Doug Snyder;
uncle, Neil Wilson;
several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Thane Guyer.
