Sergio Marcos Yrlas, age 35, of Flint, Michigan passed away on Sunday, March 23, 2025. A beloved son, brother, and friend, who left us too soon. Sergio was a passionate musician, whose love for the guitar and piano resonated deeply with all who had the pleasure of hearing him play. Music was not just a hobby for him; it was the very essence of his being, a language through which he expressed his soul and connected with others.
In addition to his musical talents, Sergio found joy in the beauty of nature. He spent countless hours working outdoors, tending to his landscaping and gardening projects. His hands, often covered in soil, were a testament to his love for the earth and all its wonders. Whether planting flowers or nurturing trees, he found peace and fulfillment in the vibrant life that surrounded him.
Sergio leaves behind a loving family who will cherish his memory forever. He is survived by his devoted parents, Ricardo and Oralia Yrlas; his siblings, Chrystal and Vicente; his beloved grandmother, Maria; and a host of relatives and friends who were touched by his kindness and spirit. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Ricardo Jr. and Channo Yrlas, who welcomed him with open arms.
While there will be no funeral service at this time, a celebration of Sergio's life will be planned for a later date, where all who knew and loved him can come together to honor his legacy and share cherished memories.
In this time of sorrow, let us remember Sergio not only for the music he created and the beauty he cultivated but also for the love he shared with those around him. His spirit will continue to live on in the melodies he played and the gardens he nurtured, reminding us all to embrace life with passion and joy. |
