JOSEPH, Erma – Of Grand Blanc, age 78, died Monday, February 4, 2013 at University Hospitals in Ann Arbor.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, February 8, 2013 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Reverend Marshall Delay and Pastor Brian Oswald co-officiating.
Burial in Assyrian Cemetery.
Those desiring may make contributions to the American Heart Association or Assyrian Cemetery.
Visitation 12-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Erma was born in Iran on January 26, 1935, the daughter of Michael and Sara (Odisho) Paul and was a resident of Grand Blanc since 1973.
She married William Joseph on May 6, 1972.
She was a member of Glad Tidings Tabernacle and the Assyrian American Club of Flint.
Surviving are husband, William;
four children, Arthur (Rozilyn) Tamras,
Daniel (Denise) Joseph,
Steven (Victoria) Joseph and
Nancy (Neal) Petermann;
10 grandchildren;
5 great-grandchildren;
one brother, Donald M. (Kelly) Paul;
several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by brother, Joseph Paul.
