HAGLUND, David Alan– of Goodrich, age 50, passed away September 24, 2016 at Genesys Health Park. A Funeral Service will be held 11 AM Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison; Pastor Daniel Wonderly officiating. Cremation will follow the service. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 PM Tuesday and 10-11 AM Wednesday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Genesee County.
David was born in Pontiac, MI on June 7, 1966, son of Michael and Barbara (Hiznay) Haglund. He married Lori Lentz on April 21, 1990. David worked for Genesee County. He enjoyed fishing, gardening and watching hockey. He especially loved his dogs and hunting.
David is survived by his wife, Lori; four children, Jeffrey, Jacob, Sydney, Gregory; parents, Michael and Barbara; siblings, Douglas (Lynn) Haglund, Thomas (Alaina) Haglund, Sarah (Eric) Wood; several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert and Catherine Haglund, Edward and Mary Hiznay; cousins, Wendy Upton and Mariah Haglund.
