LaVallier, Sandra Lee. – of Mt. Morris, age 65, died Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at her residence. Funeral services will be held 11AM Monday, June 6, 2016 at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. Cremation to follow. Family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Sunday from 2-7PM and Monday from 10AM until the time of service. Contributions may be made to the family, in care of Scott Cayer.
Sandra was born March 17, 1951 in Flint, Michigan to the late Ivan and Margaret (Cook) Roth. She was a clerk for the Flint Post Office for 25 years before retiring in 2013. Sandra enjoyed bingo, trips to the casino, spending time outside, gardening, traveling and trips. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. Sandra also loved shopping and ice cream. She was a people person, always enjoyed helping others and was loved dearly by so many people. Sandra will be greatly missed.
Surviving are: Daughter, Wendy Cayer-Coran (Ronald Coran) of Clio; Son, Scott Cayer of Clio; Grandchildren: Tyler (Samantha), Justin (Emily), Cody and Branden; Great-grandchildren: Clara, Natalie and baby Cayer on the way; Very special friends: Karen, Sue, Sharon, Nancy and Sydney; Many, many other loving family members and dear friends.
