BUTLER, Ann Marie (Gauthier) – of Montrose, age 52, died Sunday, September 1, 2019 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, September 6, 2019 at O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio, Michigan. Pastor Danny Bledsoe officiating. Burial in Meadowlawn Cemetery. The family will receive visitors on Thursday, September 5, 2019 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday from 10:00 AM until time of service at O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio, Michigan. Memorial contributions can be made to the family for future designation.
Ann was born February 12, 1967 in Flint, Michigan to the late Joseph and Beverly (Minglecook) Gauthier. She grew up in Clio, Michigan and graduated from Clio High School with the class of 1985. On July 16, 2016 she married Rueben Butler in Montrose, Michigan. Ann worked for the University of Michigan as a Supervisor in the Catering Department with 16 years of service. She enjoyed fishing, softball, bowling and hanging out with her husband at their shop. However, her greatest joy in life was spending time with family and spoiling her grandchildren.
Surviving are: Husband, Rueben; Children, Brittany Kennedy, Tyler Kennedy; Grandchildren, James Kennedy, William MacEachern; Siblings, Michael Gauthier, Albert Gauthier, Jeffrey (Crystal) Gauthier; Mothers in law, Victoria Hutchinson, Ruth Croley; several nieces and nephews.
