Travis Lynn Harris – age 40, passed away on June 7, 2017 in Grand Blanc, Michigan. A Memorial Service will be held at 5pm on Thursday, June 22, 2017 with two hours of memorial visitation prior to the service at Hill Funeral Home – 11723 S. Saginaw Street, Grand Blanc, MI. Pastor Jim Reid will be officiating. A celebration of life party will be held at 7pm on June 22, 2017 at Kickers Sports Bar and Grill - 5377 S. Saginaw Street, Flint, Michigan. Travis was born on June 22, 1976 in Flint, Michigan. He attended Grand Blanc schools K-12. He played baseball and football, from Pop Warner to Varsity. He loved the Detroit Tigers, Red Wings, and even the Lions. Travis was a Michigan State Spartan all the way – Go Green, Go White. Sports was Travis’ passion, so much so he became a sports official for Michigan High School Athletic Association. Travis loved officiating kid’s ball, baseball, basketball, softball, and football. Travis lived life to the fullest. So many adventures, so many friends and so many memories. He made friends with everyone and was always there to help a friend in need. Music also played a big part of his life with hundreds of concerts he has attended and music he loved to sing. Travis was a “shining star”, he will be missed by so many and loved by many more. “Life’s Been Good To Me, So Far”. Travis leaves to cherish his memory his parents, John and Lynda (Chandnois) Harris; brothers: Jim (Lynn) Wolverton and Cole Harris; aunts and uncles: Alex and Judy Harris, Bob and Julie Vieu, Suzy Chandnois Arnold and Mike and Marilyn Gilbert, Gini Ferree; nieces and nephews: Zoe, Cloe, and Skyler; cousins: Christine, Whitney, Regan, Veronica, Aaron, Laurie, and Jon; his co-pilot, best friend, and loving girlfriend Paige Christman and a special young man Derek Clemons.
