McDONALD, Vicki Dean (Apostol) – of Flint, MI, age 70, passed away Monday, October 15, 2018. A Funeral Service will be held 1 PM Thursday, October 18, 2018 at Faith Tabernacle Church, 1225 South Center Road, Burton, MI 48509; Pastor Bruce Garner officiating. Interment immediately following the service in Flint Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive visitors 12-1 PM Thursday, October 18, 2018 at Faith Tabernacle Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Faith Tabernacle Church, in Vicki’s memory.
Vicki was born in Marion, IN on October 21, 1947, daughter of the late George and Mary (Tedder) Apostol. She loved spending time with her family. Vicki also loved the outdoors especially spending time Up North. She and her longtime boyfriend, Brad enjoyed traveling together including their trip to Alaska and their trip to Mount Rushmore on their Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Vicki was loved by all who knew her and she will be deeply missed.
Vicki is survived by her daughter, Stephanie (Craig) Pumfrey; 2 grandsons, Branden (Rachel) Bent and Nick (Brittany) Pumfrey; 2 great-grandchildren, Landon and Alaina Bent; brother, Ron (Wanda) Rybolt; sister, Sue Burgess; special nephews, nieces and cousins. She was preceded in death by her sister, Shirley Clasby and her longtime boyfriend, Brad Allen.
