Betty Jane (Coron) Krul, age 94, passed away peacefully on July 19, 2020 at her home surrounded by her children in Higgins Lake, Michigan. Betty was born on October 2, 1925 to the late David and Delia Coron in Flint, Michigan. Betty loved to play bingo, cards, and going to the casino, and was known for being a people-person. Betty is survived by her children Daniel, Robert, Joanne, Richard (Joyce), Denise, Barbara (James), Anthony, and Michael (Peggy). She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren Susanne, Matthew, Johnathon, Damon, Richard, Michael, Thomas, Tricia, Monica, Julia, Rebecca and Alexander, and 7 great grandchildren. Betty is also survived by her sister Shirley Rock and her sister-in-law Dolly (Russ) Misekow, and many nieces and nephews. Betty married John July 31, 1948 and enjoyed 55 years of marriage. Her husband John preceded her in death in 2003 and her oldest son Johnny preceded her in 1973, as well as many brothers and sisters. Friends may visit the family from 11am to 8pm Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at Reigle Funeral Home, 5501 W. Pierson Rd., Flushing. A private Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. John Vianney Catholic Church. Interment will follow at New Calvary Catholic Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will be held for Betty on a future day to be announced. The family would like to thank Hospice for all of their care and support. |
