BERRY, Beverly Jean – of Davison, age 78, passed away November 30, 2013 at Maplewood Manor – Clio. A Funeral Service will be held 12 NOON Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at St. Bartholomew’s Anglican Church, 9252 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek; Fr. Gene Geromel SSC officiating. Burial will follow in Crestwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 am – 1 pm and 2-8 pm Tuesday at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison. There will be one hour of visitation prior to the service on Wednesday at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Bartholomew’s Anglican Church or the Alzheimer’s Association.
Jean was born in Flint, MI on November 5, 1935, daughter of the late Raynerd and Arlene (Bronson) Lannon. She married William A. Berry on November 8, 1952 at St. Andrew Episcopal Church in Flint.
Jean is survived by her husband, William; son, William A. (Debra) Berry; daughter, Mary (Karl) Steiner; grandchildren, Christopher and Caitlin Berry, Erich W. Steiner; great-grandson, William J. Steiner; brother, Dan Labeff; sister, Colleen Hacker; dear friend, Welma Jones. She will also be deeply missed by her extended family and many friends. She was preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Ringlein. Jean’s family would like to offer a heartfelt thank you to the staff of Maplewood Manor in Clio for their exceptional care and support.
