NUDELL, Janice Marie (Morton) – of Flint, MI, age 76, passed away Friday, June 7, 2024. A Funeral Service will be held 1 PM Friday, June 21, 2024 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road, Davison, MI 48423; Al Jones officiating. Interment immediately following the service in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive visitors 11 AM-1 PM Friday, June 21, 2024 at Allen Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Salvation Army, in Janice’s memory.
Janice was born in Flint, MI on January 14, 1948, daughter of the late George and Lucy (Smith) Sherbenaut. On June 17, 1983, Janice married Ken Nudell in Flint, MI. She had a passion for watching movies on the Hallmark Channel, finding comfort and joy in their heartwarming stories. Whether it was a tale of romance or an uplifting family drama, Janice cherished the moments spent immersed in those cinematic worlds. Her love for dancing was undeniable, as she effortlessly glided across the dance floor, her graceful movements a reflection of her inner beauty and grace. Above all, Janice treasured the time she spent with her beloved family and friends. Whether it was a cozy gathering at home or an adventurous outing, Janice's presence illuminated every moment, making memories that will be cherished for a lifetime.
Janice is survived by her husband, Ken Nudell; 2 children, George Valdick and Michael Nudell; 2 grandchildren, Josh Nudell and Jason Nudell; brother, Bill (Sandy) Morton; many other loving family members and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Lucy Sherbenaut; husband, George Valdick; 2 siblings, David Sherbenaut and Linda (Johnny) King; nephew, Sean Sherbenaut and beloved canine companion, Rex.
