BANDY, Rosalee – of Flint, age 82, passed away December 27, 2014 at her residence. A Funeral Service will be held 11 AM Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at St. Mark Lutheran Church, 5073 Daly Blvd., Flint; Pastor Gary L. Beck officiating. Burial will be in Flint Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 10-11 AM Wednesday at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Mark Lutheran Church.
Rosalee was born in Adrian, MI on December 6, 1932, daughter of the late Howard and Leora (Manley) Rowley. She married Richard Bandy in Pontiac, MI on June 6, 1953. Rosalee was a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church and Stephen Ministries. She enjoyed quilting at church, cooking, flowers, her annual walks around Mackinaw Island, volunteering and St. Mark’s but she especially enjoyed time with her family.
Rosalee is survived by her husband of 61 years, Richard; children, Mark (Marilyn) Bandy, Brian Bandy, Cheryl (Larry) Mitchell; eight grandchildren; two great grandchildren; brother Bill (Glenda) Rowley; sister, Marylou (Wes) Devault; sister-in-law, Ruthann (Jim) Diebold; several nieces and nephews.
