SCHAAF, Constance “Connie” Inez – of Mt. Morris, MI, age 80, passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2020. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 AM Monday, March 16, 2020 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5199 Richfield Road, Flint, MI 48506; Rev. Fr. Roy Horning celebrant. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-6 PM Sunday, March 15, 2020 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road, Davison, Michigan 48423. There will be one hour of visitation prior to the Mass on Monday at church.
Connie was born in Flint, MI on September 7, 1939, daughter of the late Alexander and Mary (King) Morrison. She married Charles Schaaf on May 19, 1956. Connie worked for St. Joseph Hospital as a nurse for many years. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, and in her later years, gardening.
Connie is survived by her husband, Charles; 8 children, Kathy (Robert) Langdon, John (Paula) Schaaf, Franklin Schaaf, Dale (Cindy) Schaaf, Laura Anselmo, Joseph (Lisa) Schaaf, Lisa Schultz, Marcy Schaaf; 25 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; siblings, Alexander (Trisha) Morrison and Gail (William) Dye; many nieces and nephews.
