David Wayne Kerr was born to Janette Esther Hicks and Robert Burns Kerr on June 16th 1956 in Flint Michigan.
Raised by loving mother and stepfather Ron Dewey Timpe.
David married Cathy Elaine Curtis on October 7th 1977. He had two wonderful children Eric Wayne and Ryan David.
His family grew by daughter-in-law Nicole Marie Kerr and granddaughters Aubrey Nicole Kerr, Averey Ryann Kerr (arriving soon) and Vivian Little.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father Janette Kerr/Tempe, Robert Kerr, step-father Ron Timpe,
Mother-in-law Bertha Curtis, brother, Robert Kerr and brother-in-laws Eldon Curtis and Gordon Curtis.
David had many friends, too numerous to count, that he truly loved and cared for. Without a doubt he lived his life to
the fullest while spreading his smile to all. His goal in life was to simply make everyone's day just a little brighter. He was a devoted and loving man to his family and friends. He would give the shirt off his back for anyone in need. He
had many hobbies which he enjoyed doing and sharing with others. Such as hunting, fishing, working out, but most of
all coaching was his true passion.
David Wayne Kerr, age 68, of Holly, MI, formerly of Davidson, died on October 9, 2024. David was born to Janette Esther Hicks and Robert Burns Kerr on June 16, 1956 in Flint Michigan. Visitation will begin on Friday, October 11, from 2PM until 9 PM and again from 12 noon until time of service at 1 PM on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at Dryer Funeral Home in Holly. |
