Thompson, Mr. Clarence "Dynamite" Age- 58 passed away Friday April 22,2011 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 11am Friday April 29,2011 from the True Gospel M.B. Church G-5390 Fairhaven, Pastor Malik Shabazz officiating. Interment Lovedale Memorial Cemetery G- 5175 E. Bristol Rd. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the church 10:30am for family visitation. Mr. Thompson now reposes in the chapel of the Serenity Funeral Chapel and may be viewed until 8pm this evening.
Mr. Clarence M. Thompson was born March 3,1953 in Toledo,Ohio the son of Curtis and Teresa Thompson. He attended Jordan College and was employed at various restaurants as a chef. His hobbies includes cooking,watching golf,landscaping and his love for music but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren. He leaves to cherish his memory Gwendolyn Biggs-Thompson 2 sons Keyshua and Ali(Sharetha) Haire,2 step-children Keith,Sr. and Carrie Biggs,Grandchildren David and Daniel Haire,Keith Jr.,Khalil,Kamira,Nasir,and Najah Biggs, 2 sisters Lisa Jackson and Shirley Thompson, 2 brothers Dewey(Jeanette) and Cliffton(Diane)Thompson 2 nieces Jessica and Darius Thompson 3 nephews Richard Snyder,Dante and Ricky Thompson, Mother-in-law Inella Biggs, 4 Sisters-in-law Veronica Kelley, Beverly (Terence) Leavy, Lavonzella (Victor) Jones and Ann Thompson 3 brothers-in-law Henry,Herbert and Anthony Biggs. A host of other relatives and friends including special friends Samuel, Verda, Jacqueline Shook,Robert Dunn,Richard King,Carlos Gaines and Jack Blake. Mr. Thompson was preceded in death by his parents, grandmother Beatrice James,Brother Milton Thompson, father-in-law Henry Biggs,Sr.,friend Miola Shook. The family would like to express special thanks to The Birchcrest St. Family, The Webb Family Pastor Malik Shabazz and The True Gospel MBC Family and Serenity Funeral Chapel.
