ROBINSON, John M. - Of Owosso, age 66, died Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at Memorial Healthcare Center.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, February 12, 2018 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor Jerry Carlson officiating.
Cremation will take place following the service.
Visitation 1-7 p.m. Sunday and 11 a.m. Monday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
John was born on December 20, 1951 in Owosso, Michigan, the son of the late Maurice and Shirley (Aronson) Robinson.
On August 22, 1970 John married Veronica Brown.
He was a former member of Hill Road Baptist Church, where he served as a Deacon and Teacher. He enjoyed planting a big garden every year.
Mr. Robinson was employed by L. D’Agostini Construction Company, retiring in 2015.
Surviving are wife, Veronica;
sons, John Robinson and Jason (Tracie) Robinson;
grandchildren, John III, Emily, Kennadee and Lane;
siblings, Robert (Cindy) Robinson,
Sandra (Monroe) Hilty,
Teresa (Bruce) Byers and
Kimberly (Daren) Hutcheson;
several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by sister, Janet Robinson; brother, Dale Robinson; mother-in-law and father-in-law, L.T. and Katharyn Brown and brother-in-law, Doug Oginsky.
