Sedlacek, Randy Lee – of Burton, age 65, passed away Tuesday, May 15, 2018 in Kinde, MI. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at 5 PM at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison, MI 48423; Rev. Fr. Andrew A. Czajkowski officiating. The family will receive visitors from 3-5 PM Thursday, May 24, 2018. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Genesee County.
Randy was born in Flint, MI on October 6, 1952, son of the late Cyril and Sylvia (Vavra) Sedlacek. He proudly served his country in the Army Reserves. Randy married Karen Hodgeson in 1988 and she preceded him in death on December 21, 2015. He worked for General Motors, Fisher Body for 12 years and then worked in the construction industry for several years before retiring in 2009 from Paramount Home Improvement.
Randy is survived by four children, Sheri Sedlacek (Eric Ward), Chad Sedlacek, Jodie (Jeffrey) Petersen, Brent (Heather) Sedlacek; five grandchildren, Tyler, Ashlyn, Olivia, Lorenzo, Lucianna; brother, Greg (Cindy) Sedlacek; many other loving family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Sedlacek.
