HOUSTON, Thomas Ebert – of Davison, MI, age 76, passed away after a courageous battle with Pancreatic Cancer on July 9, 2012 at Genesys Health Park. A Funeral Service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, July 13, 2012 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison; Rev. Harold K. Polk, Jr. officiating. Burial with Military Honors will follow in Davison Cemetery on Potter Rd. Visitation will be 5-8 PM Thursday and 10-11 AM Friday.
Thomas was born in Hamilton, TN on December 29, 1935, son of the late John and Savannah (McDonald) Houston. He married JoAnn Underwood on May 8, 1960. Thomas proudly served in the United States Navy. He lived in Punta Gorda, Florida during the winter. Thomas loved to go on hunting trips with family and collecting old cars. He owned an operated his own Auto Body Shop and Auto Auction for many years.
Thomas is survived by his wife, JoAnn; sons, Chris and wife Madonna Houston, Scott and wife Kristina Houston; grandchildren, Thomas R. and Hannah, Mandy, Kyle, Joshua, Sheila, Tasha, Trenton and KyAnna; brother, Kenneth Houston of Fort Myers, FL. He was preceded in death by his brother, Billy Ray.
