JACOBS, Brent - of Lennon, formerly of Montrose, age 55, died Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at Union Court Assisted Living in St. Charles. Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place. A Celebration of Life will be held at 1PM on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Montrose. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home from 12PM until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Alzheimer’s Association or the family for future designation. |
