MASTERS, Florence J. – of Clio, age 86, died on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 11AM Monday, September 30, 2019 at Messiah Lutheran Church, 520 Butler St., in Clio. Pastor Erik Cloeter officiating. The family will receive visitors at the church on Sunday from 3PM until 8PM and Monday from 10AM until the time of service at 11AM. Memorial contributions may be made to Messiah Lutheran Church or the charity of one’s choice.
Florence was born June 3, 1933 in Perronville, Michigan to the late Joseph and Helen (Pach) Roshak. She married Paul R. Masters on December 2, 1954. He preceded her in death December 16, 2011. Florence was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church. She enjoyed gardening and tending to her flowers, playing cards, bowling, dancing and sewing. Florence also enjoyed spending time up north.
Surviving are: Daughter, Cheryl Canfield; Grandchildren: Regina (Timothy) Phillips, Danny Smith, and David Canevit; Great grandchildren: Eliot Phillips, Alexandria Phillips, Emilee Smith, and Jaxon Canevit; Brothers: Brian Roshak, and Richard Roshak; Sister, Irene Roshak; Many nieces and nephews. Florence was also preceded in death by: Daughter, Patricia Larson; Grandson, Randy Smith; Son in law, Larry Canfield; Brothers: George Roshak, and Jim Roshak.
