HAGAR, Barbara – OF Grand Blanc, age 77, died Sunday, March 1, 2020 at her residence.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 5, 2020 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Reverend Harold K. Polk, Jr. officiating.
Burial in Crestwood Cemetery.
Visitation 1-8 p.m. Wednesday and 11 a.m. Thursday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Barbara was born in Flint, Michigan on March 23, 1942, the daughter of the late Stanley and Ruth (Howlett) Bauer.
She enjoyed Bingo and crafting.
She had been married 47 years to husband, Jim.
Surviving are children, Jimmie (Lori) Hagar and Melody (Paul);
8 grandchildren, Kelly Jo (Alexis), Jamie (Dustin), Stacey, Brian (Nikki), Justin, Jessica, Aimee and Michael;
one great-granddaughter, Kinsley;
son-in-law, Paul Ordiway;
beloved Jack-Russell Terrier, Sam.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Monica Ordiway and brother, Harold Bauer.
