BORDEN, Frances - Of Flint, age 86, died Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at Genesys Convalescent Center.
A memorial service will be held 3pm Saturday, October 11, 2014
at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Deacon Ron Kenney officiating.
Cremation has taken place.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family
Visitation 12noon until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Frances was born on March 23, 1928, the daughter of the late Charles and Gertrude (Kendall) Meyers.
Surviving are children, Barbara Wilson, Kathleen Elrod, Kevin (Mary) Borden, Andrew (Katie) Borden and Alex Borden;
grandchildren, Tamara Wilson, Howard (Michelle) Wilson, Larry (Amy) Elrod, Ashley (Evan)Rowe, Andrew Borden (Brieuc Gerard), April (Jacob) Howell, Nicholas and Joshua Borden;
7 great-grandchildren;
sister, Mary Lou Sherman;
and brother, Jerry (Nita) Moody.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert and daughter, Christine Borden.
