MIEHM, JOHN R. – Of Swartz Creek, age 73, died Saturday, February 15, 2020 at McLaren-Flint.
Memorial visitation 9:30 a.m. and a Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 6, 2020 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road.
John was born in Flint, Michigan on May 3, 1946, the son of John and Ruth (Holbrook) Miehm. John was a member of the US Navy from 64-67 and served as a boatswain’s mate on the USS Fred T. Berry. He worked for Chevrolet Manufacturing until his retirement in 1999. He was a member of the Goldwing Road Rider Association Chapter F2.
Surviving are his wife, Jean Miehm;
His son, John “Jack” (Maria) Miehm;
His daughter, Janell (Mike) Jagger;
and His grandsons, Adam (Aubrey) Jagger and Anthony Jagger.
